2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you have posted on PSDfreemockup has been wrongly removed due to a DMCA notification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, PSDfreemockup has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are deemed repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or restrict access to the website for users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed in error may be subject to liability for damages.
